Employers Against Domestic Violence
Domestic Violence IS a Workplace Issue!
Is Your Company Prepared?

Mission Statement
Educate Massachusetts employers on how to address domestic violence as a workplace issue.
What is Domestic Violence?
Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior used to gain power and control over a familiar or intimate partner. Domestic violence can be physical, sexual, emotional, economic or psychological in nature.

Domestic Violence IS Everyone's Business!
Domestic violence is a serious, recognizable, and preventable problem like thousands of other workplace health and safety issues that affect a business and its bottom line. Despite the name, domestic violence does not stay at home. The effects follow the victim through all aspects of their life - including their workplace.

Have been, are, or will be in an abusive relationship in their lifetime.
Domestic violence is in your workplace if you know it or not.

EADV Can Help
Practical training and resources for safer workplaces.
Employers Against Domestic Violence provides practical information employers can take to protect their business and their employees. Our most effective effort is through training. We will work with your organization to conduct training in a way that is best for you - in-person, online, or hybrid. Some organizations have us training their managers and/or supervisors. Others have us train all of their employees.
In addition, we provide access to resources and work with a network of organizations who can provide direct support to survivors.
